Scope4mation works according to the international ISO 27001 standard and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This guarantees that information security is structurally embedded in all our processes from design to management. Our systems, services and data flows are continuously monitored and improved, so that confidentiality, integrity and availability of data are always guaranteed.

REPORT VULNERABILITY

Scope4mation attaches great importance to the security of its systems, and above all the data of its customers and partners. Despite our concern for the security of our systems, it is possible that there is still a weak spot. If you have found a weak spot in one of our systems, we would like to hear about it so that we can take measures as quickly as possible. We would like to work with you to better protect our customers and our systems.

WE ASK THE FOLLOWING
  • Report your findings by email privacy@scope4mation.com or call this number +31318894614. We are happy to assist you with the secure exchange of high-risk information;
  • Do not abuse the problem by, for example, downloading more data than is necessary to demonstrate the leak or viewing, deleting or modifying data from third parties;
  • Submit the notification as soon as possible after discovering the vulnerability;
  • Do not share the problem with others until it has been resolved
  • Erase all confidential data obtained immediately after closing the leak;
  • Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam, DDoS attacks or third-party applications;
  • Provide sufficient information to reproduce the problem so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Usually the IP address or URL of the affected system and a description of the vulnerability is sufficient, but more may be needed for more complex vulnerabilities;
WE PROMISE THE FOLLOWING

  • We will respond as quickly as possible, no later than 3 days after your notification with our assessment of the notification and an expected date for a solution;
  • We strive to resolve all problems as quickly as possible and we would like to be involved in any publication about the problem after it has been resolved;
  • If you have complied with the above conditions, we will not take any legal action regarding the notification;
  • We will treat your notification confidentially and will not share your personal data with third parties without your permission, unless this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation;
  • We will keep you informed of the progress of resolving the problem;
  • Scope4mation ensures that other customers also benefit from the shared experiences in this area;
  • In mutual consultation, we can, if you wish, mention your name as the discoverer of the reported vulnerability. In all other cases you will remain anonymous.
  • As a thank you for your help, we offer a reward for every report of a security problem that is still unknown to us. We determine the size of the reward based on the severity of the security problem and the quality of the report with a voucher of at least €25.
REPORT DATA BREACH

We are talking about a data breach if personal data has been shared, lost, changed or destroyed without this being the intention. This can happen due to poor security, human errors or (digital) burglary. It is not always certain whether the data has actually been leaked to third parties.

We have procedures to check this and determine how we should act. In order to do something with this, it must be reported, which can be done using the form below. We will contact you as soon as possible after submitting the form.

We make clear agreements. That is why Scope4mation concludes a processor agreement with every organization that uses our services.

According to the AVG/GDPR this is mandatory, but for us it is also a matter of trust. That is why we ensure that the agreements on this are properly recorded.

You have 2 choices, ours, or yours. If this is based on an industry template, you can find it under the Industry button! We have prepared it (as far as possible) for the BoZ, VNG, Zorgnet, Covenant Digital Educational Resources and Privacy and SURF!
