We process personal data when you visit our website, contact us, apply for a job, or are (potentially) a customer of ours. This may include:

Our website and services are not intended to collect data from visitors younger than 16 years, unless there is permission from parents or guardian.
We cannot verify whether someone is older than 16. Do you think we have processed data from a minor without permission? Please email info@scope4mation.com, and we will delete this information.

Scope4Mation does not use automated decision-making that has (significant) consequences for individuals.

We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
We generally use a retention period of up to 1 year, unless:
– a legal retention obligation requires a longer period (for example, fiscal retention obligations), or
– it is necessary to perform an agreement or settle a dispute, or
– you give permission for a longer period (for example, for an ongoing newsletter subscription).
- Sharing personal data with third parties
We only share personal data when necessary for:
– the performance of an agreement,
– complying with a legal obligation, or
– when you have explicitly given permission for this.
When third parties process personal data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure security and confidentiality. Scope4Mation remains responsible for processing on our behalf.

We use functional, analytical and (possibly) tracking cookies.
– Functional cookies: necessary for the proper functioning of the website (for example, remembering preferences).

To prevent abuse, we may ask for a copy of your identity document. In that copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (the strip with numbers), passport number and BSN.
We will respond as quickly as possible, no later than within four weeks.
