Stichting Cito is a Dutch organization that focuses on developing tests and exams for education. The institute creates tests for various educational levels, from primary to secondary education, and thereby makes an important contribution to the quality and objectivity of educational assessment in the Netherlands.
Stichting Cito was looking for a simple way to reserve rooms, without additional applications or complicated procedures for employees. The wish was clear: reserve from Outlook, with automatic and consistent recording in TOPdesk.
With the implementation of ORB within the Service Automation Suite, this process has been logically and manageably organized. Employees reserve rooms as they are used to, while registration and overview are centrally guaranteed. Manual steps and separate administration are therefore a thing of the past!
Reservations now proceed logically and automatically. Employees work from Outlook, while we maintain a central overview.
