      Manage devices, compliance and software status in Intune and synchronize this data with TOPdesk. Automatically register new assets, link them to people or locations and detect compliance deviations (e.g. outdated OS versions or missing encryption) as a change or incident in TOPdesk.

    • Microsoft Entra ID Protection → TOPdesk | Security Incident Management

      Identify risky users or logins (e.g. login from a foreign country, brute-force attack) via Entra ID Protection. Automatically issue a security notification in TOPdesk, linked to the correct user or asset, and trigger a workflow for follow-up or investigation.

    • Microsoft Entra ID + Entra ID Governance → TOPdesk | User Management & Lifecycle

      Manage users, groups and departments centrally in Entra ID. Synchronize data to TOPdesk and record relationships between people, teams, rights and assets. Use access overviews and entitlement reviews to signal or activate corrections in TOPdesk via forms.

    • Microsoft Exchange Online → TOPdesk | Forms & Resource Bookings

      Synchronize calendar space meeting from Exchange Online with resource bookings in TOPdesk. Automate reservations of spaces, vehicles.

    • Microsoft Graph API + PowerShell → TOPdesk | License Management & Automations

      Compare Microsoft licenses (via Graph API) with what is registered or rolled out in TOPdesk. Detect deviations between assigned Azure groups and actual software access. Automate corrections or report incidents in the event of exceedances via PowerShell scripts, fully integrated in SAS.

  • TOPdesk SSP → Microsoft Intune | Block or wipe device

    Allow end users to indicate via a form or incident in the Self Service Portal (SSP) that their laptop or telephone has been lost or stolen. Immediately start an automated action to remotely block or wipe the device via Microsoft Intune | Remote actions.

  • TOPdesk SSP → Microsoft Entra ID | Block user or reset password

    Secure accounts in the event of security incidents or when employees leave. A user is automatically blocked or the password is reset via a notification form in TOPdesk via Microsoft Entra ID | User Management.

  • TOPdesk Change Form → Microsoft Entra ID Governance | Adjust or remove rights

    Use change management in TOPdesk to initiate authorization requests. After approval, rights are automatically granted or removed in Microsoft Entra ID via Entitlement Management. Perfect for onboarding and offboarding processes!

  • TOPdesk Incident → Microsoft Defender for Endpoint | Isolate an infected device

    In the event of suspected malware, an incident in TOPdesk can lead to the automatic isolation of the device in question via Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, so that further spread is prevented.

  • TOPdesk SSP → PowerShell / Graph API | Customer-specific actions

    Use Powershell (and your own scripts) to start specific Microsoft actions, such as license control, adjusting group memberships or moving accounts, executed via PowerShell scripts or Microsoft Graph API from Qixium!
