At the end of the year, we like to take a moment to look back and ahead.
Looking back on great collaborations and valuable conversations with our customers. Looking ahead to new ideas, broader collaboration and more moments to really talk to each other.
The IT market is clearly in motion. Organizations are faced with changing laws and regulations, budget pressure and a growing dependence on technology. At the same time, we see that resources are scarce and that IT teams have to do more and more with less capacity. That requires different choices: more control, more agility and less dependence on specific tooling.
With our Service Automation Suite, we are committed to standardizing working methods, especially around TOPdesk. Not to eliminate flexibility, but to lay a solid foundation. From that basis, there is room for creativity, for example by making smart use of scripting and automation.
Towards 2026, our focus is on expansion, acceleration and collaboration. We help organizations to remove noise from the operation, reduce manual work and allow tooling to work together better. This creates more peace, more overview and space to keep looking ahead.
We believe that real progress comes from working together. In conversations at the coffee table, during round tables and in long-term collaborations. Not being tied to tooling, but being prepared for what is to come.
