FORMS
With Forms, you make intake and interaction dynamic and efficient. Data ends up directly in TOPdesk or other systems.
Where you build forms separately in TOPdesk, you can link them directly to our free connectors.
This way, you only ask the questions that are necessary, choose from current options (such as available laptops), and automatically add assets based on HR or TOPdesk data!

TICKETS
With Tickets and the Collaboration Hub, you can extend TOPdesk to true service automation, while using TOPdesk where it excels.
