Different teams performed separate steps, leading to delays, susceptibility to errors, and limited insight into progress. <\/p><p data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"758\">The requirement: one integrated, demonstrable, and efficient process with TOPdesk as the central hub.<\/p><hr data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"763\"><h3 data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"780\"><strong>The solution<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"842\">A phased approach was chosen together with Scope4mation.<\/p><p data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"1070\">Through an integration between <strong data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"884\">AFAS (HR)<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"917\">TOPdesk Change Management<\/strong>, HR mutations are now automatically translated into activities in TOPdesk.
