Synchronizing contacts and companies is usually arranged quickly. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78a8ed2b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"78a8ed2b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b558266 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b558266\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>However, the real problem arises when it comes to <span class=\"s1\"><b>IDU data<\/b><\/span> (inflow, transfer, and outflow), contracts, roles, authorizations, and feedback to AFAS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53952f37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"53952f37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"p1\">And that problem costs money.<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">In practice, we see that organizations structurally:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">Lose 2 to 4 FTE to manual changes, checks, and repairs<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">which amounts to <\/span><b>\u20ac150,000 to \u20ac300,000 per year<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">mainly due to work between systems, not by AFAS or TOPdesk themselves<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"p4\">Why the TOPdesk import doesn&#8217;t help here<b><\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p1\">TOPdesk has an import function, but it is intended for simple, one-way data.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">As soon as you:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">want to write data back to AFAS<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">have multiple appointments or locations<\/p><\/li><li>cannot process the data 1:1<\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">want to apply IDU logic<\/p><\/li><li>want to do this quickly with more applications<\/li><li>or need audit logging<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">the import becomes rigid and maintenance-intensive.
