The connection between Outlook and TOPdesk is established via our Qixium platform. <\/p><p>Connecting both tools is, of course, not done with the push of a button. TOPdesk and Exchange have important differences. We also look beyond just the technical connection!  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-061e212 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"061e212\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f60d2e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f60d2e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We look at working methods, processes, and Exchange settings with various stakeholders. We take into account additional systems such as Teams Room Devices and room reservation screens. To ensure that customers can independently adjust and manage the ORB, there is also sufficient attention for training and management.  <\/p><p>With the ORB, we strive for convenience for organizers of room bookings. This means that the organizer books, moves, and cancels as much as possible in one application.
