Looking ahead to new ideas, <strong>broader collaboration<\/strong> and more moments to really talk to each other.<\/p><p><strong>The IT market<\/strong> is clearly in motion. Organizations are faced with <strong>changing<\/strong> laws and regulations, budget pressure and a growing dependence on technology. At the same time, we see that resources are scarce and that IT teams have to do more and more with less capacity. That requires <strong>different choices<\/strong>: more control, more agility and less dependence on specific tooling.<\/p><p>With our Service Automation Suite, <strong>we are committed<\/strong> to standardizing working methods, especially around TOPdesk. Not to eliminate flexibility, but to lay a <strong>solid foundation<\/strong>. From that basis, there is room for creativity, for example by <strong>making smart use<\/strong> of scripting and automation. <\/p><p>Towards 2026, <strong>our focus<\/strong> is on expansion, acceleration and collaboration. We help organizations to remove noise from the operation, reduce manual work and allow tooling to work together better. This creates more peace, more overview and space <strong>to keep looking ahead<\/strong>.<\/p><p>We believe that real <strong>progress<\/strong> comes from working together. In conversations at the coffee table, during round tables and in long-term collaborations.
